Affordable Skin Care and Eye Treatments
All Beautiful Eyes, LLC services are considered to be cosmetic, therefore we will not process any insurance claims.

Our payment policy is as follows:

• Cosmetic Consult fee is due at the time of your first visit. (This fee will be credited back to your account if any procedures are booked)
• Cosmetic Procedure payments are due in full 7 days prior to the procedure being performed.
• Premium Lens payments are due 14 days prior to the surgery date covering the testing and the lens price.
• Refractive Lens Exchange Package payments are due 14 days prior to the surgery date
• Injection/Filler payment is due at the time of the appointment (This service cost will be based on usage. However, pricing for these services can be estimated upon request)
• Skin Care Products need to be paid for in full at the time of pick up.
